Hi, I’m Arianna, a recent postgrad struggling thriving in the City of Angels- though hopefully you already know who I am. If you don’t, why are you even here? My life’s not that entertaining.
But in the off-chance you haven’t had the privilege of meeting yours truly, here’s the Sparknotes version about me: I enjoy ballet, Krav Maga, not wearing any color besides black, and eating like a fat man who just found out he has 1 day left to live. Though I currently work in digital marketing, my ultimate goal is to be the first female president or next Tina Fey, whichever comes first. When I was 10, my AIM screen name was empressari and it’s safe to say that set the tone for the rest of my life.
Originally, this blog was entitled “You Stay Classy, San Diego” and used to record my year-long blackout/study abroad experience. I decided to resurrect this hot mess after realizing 1) I make poor life choices on every continent, not just Europe and 2) this will make a solid prologue for my future bestselling memoir, Dimples and Debauchery*.
So I hope you enjoy Season 1 of my own personal Real World, which will primarily consist of the following: eating sushi and getting drunk (or occasionally getting drunk then eating sushi), being late, making jokes at inappropriate times, and hating nice guys. Rated PG-13 for language… and hopefully sexual content!
