Dear reader,
My partner in crime, Kayla, and I have decided on a few little goals we have for our 2013 odyssey. A bucket list, if you will. I’m sure it’s pretty standard for most 20-year-old college-aged girls from a Catholic institution.
- Throw a coin in the Lizzie McGuire movie fountain (you know the one).
- Learn to say “Two beers, please” in every language necessary.
- Share spaghetti Lady and the Tramp style in Italy.
- Drink wine with every meal, even breakfast. Especially breakfast.
- Buy phones gypsies are less likely to steal. Something along the lines of matching hot pink RAZRs.
- Dance behind an English royal guard and send the video to Ellen.
- Go on a romantic gondola ride in Venice. While eating gelato or cannolis (preferably both).
- Shark dive in South Africa and try not to die.
- Become best friends with Kate Middleton. Easy enough.
- Never skip class, finish all of our homework, and study before tests.*
So I hope you enjoy reading about all of my European adventures and where they take me – and if this semester ends up being anything like my last in Madrid, that means a secret bingo rave/communist rager, a ham museum, a ball pit in the middle of a club dance floor, and a well somewhere in a Swiss forest.
Besos,
Arianna
*Just kidding!
